Ads click through ratio (CTR) depends on web browser?

The answer is YES! According to AdTech from Germany, Firefox users are the most resistant to ads.
Internet Explorer users clicks on ads most often. But attention - the older version of IE the higher CTR. Internet Explorer 5 users clicks on 0,39% all displayed ads. CTR falls to 0,23 in case of IE 6.

Firefox users clicks only 0,12% of displayed ads. Why the different?

Probably ihe reason is that the newer browser has better protection against aggressive ads (for example popups blocking). The reason could be also that Firefox users are more advanced in using of WWW (they can mix up ads with site navigation etc...)
